Vores strukturerede “før-under-efter-procesforløb”, der skaber resultater

Uanset hvilken opgave vi bliver stillet overfor, så har vi altid fokus på at lederteamet tager 100% ejerskab for opgaven, viser ansvarlighed for sig selv og teamet samt har fokus på ”High Performance”.

Måden vi gør det på, er ved at arbejde med lederteamet efter “før-under-efter-processen” med konkrete adfærdsnære cases, træning og værktøjer. Det skal give merværdi for organisationen, teamet og lederne.

Her ser du bare et eksempel på, hvordan en sådan proces kan se ud. Den skal selvfølgelig konstrueres til netop dine behov, og indholdet vil derfor være forskellig fra organisation til organisation.
